Bonded Roots was born from the shared passion of Quinn and Fabiola Bradlee. Inspired by Quinn's life journey as a champion for change, blended with cherished memories of woodland trips where family, mezcal, and storytelling intertwined, every bottle is a tribute to the bonds that unite us.
The name says it plainly. Roots draw strength from the soil; we draw ours from family, heritage, and the land.
The Mezcalero
Meet Juan Diego
Every bottle of Bonded Roots begins with Juan Diego Mendez Gomez, our maestro mezcalero. A third-generation mezcalero who learned the craft at his grandfather's side, he works the agave by hand and roasts it slowly in traditional pit ovens, carrying his family's lessons into every small batch.
"What sets this brand apart from other mezcals starts with the agave. It's truly unique." The result is a bright, fruit-forward palate of mango, pear, and apple, finished with a gentle smoke.
For Juan Diego, this is more than a craft. "I love mezcal because it's part of my life and my existence."
