The Craft
Harvested by hand
Our mezcal is made from wild Blue Weber agave, harvested by hand at peak maturity. The hearts are slow-roasted in traditional underground pit ovens, then crushed, fermented, and distilled in small batches using methods passed down through generations.
Every step honors the land and the mezcaleros who know it best.

Tasting Notes
Bright, balanced, unforgettable
Aroma. Bright and inviting, with green orange zest, tangerine peel, a touch of fresh mango, and a soft herbal background.
Palate. Mandarin, currant, and ripe strawberry over a smooth, velvety body, with a gentle frame of smoke.
Finish. Long and evolving, with lemongrass, a trace of star anise, and a warm, nostalgic sweetness of piloncillo.
