Why Bonded Roots?

  • RARE AGAVE, UNCOMMON CRAFT:

Unlike most mezcals made from Espadín, we champion the unique profile of Blue Weber.

  • AUTHENTICITY & TRADITION:

Our artisanal mezcal is produced in small batches, honoring tradition and precision. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, fermented in open-top wooden vats, and extracted using a shredder to preserve character.

It undergoes a first distillation in a copper still and a second distillation in a stainless steel still. This two-step process aligns with its official classification as artisanal mezcal.

The result is a smooth, balanced spirit that remains true to its roots.

  • A MEZCAL FOR THE MOMENT:

Smooth enough for newcomers, complex enough for connoisseurs, our spirit is meant to be savored slowly, deliberately and in good company.

NOT TOO HARSH, NOT TOO SWEET—JUST A WELL-MADE
MEZCAL THAT GOES DOWN NICE AND CLEAN.
