Ingredients:
2 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
1–2 oz heavy cream (to taste)
Ice
Instructions:
Add mezcal and coffee liqueur to a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
Slowly pour heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
Stir before drinking.
