Ingredients:
2.5 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
1 oz Filthy® olive brine
0.5 oz dry vermouth
Dash of jalapeño simple syrup (to taste)
Crushed ice (for stirring)
1 tsp DeLallo olive & pepper bruschetta mix
Whole red chili pepper (for garnish)
Instructions:
Add mezcal, olive brine, vermouth, and jalapeño syrup to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 30–40 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Spoon in a teaspoon of olive brine and pepper bruschetta.
Garnish with a whole red chili pepper.
Optional: Rim the glass with smoked salt for extra intensity.
