BoRo Praline Xmas Martini

Refreshing mezcal-based cocktail served cold, perfect for tequila and mezcal enthusiasts seeking authentic flavors.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
1 oz condensed milk
1 oz praline-coconut syrup (see below)
Ice
Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

For the Praline-Coconut Syrup:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut water
1 cup crushed pecans

Syrup Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and coconut water over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add crushed pecans and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Strain (if desired) and store in a glass container in the fridge.
Cocktail Instructions:
Add mezcal, condensed milk, and praline syrup to a shaker.
Dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosty.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
