Ingredients:
2.5 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
0.5 oz dry juniper vermouth
Splash of orange bitters
Ice (for stirring)
Olives (for garnish)
Instructions:
Add mezcal, vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 30–40 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with your favorite olives.
