Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
0.75 oz dry vermouth
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
Ice (for stirring)
Orange peel (for garnish)
Instructions:
Add mezcal, dry vermouth, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 30–40 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
