Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
0.5 oz blue curaçao
4 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3–5 drops natural green food coloring
Ice (for shaking)
Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Red sprinkles or holiday sugar mix (for rim)
Instructions:
Rim a rocks glass using a lime wedge or simple syrup, then dip it into red sprinkles or holiday sugar mix.
Add mezcal, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and food coloring to a shaker half-filled with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick.
