BoRo Devil’s BBQ

A glass of premium mezcal served in a decorative glass with a sprig of rosemary for garnish.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
0.25 oz bacon simple syrup
0.25 oz agave nectar
2 dashes bitters
Ice (for stirring)
Orange peel or crispy bacon strip (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Add mezcal, bacon syrup, agave nectar, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or a large cube.
Garnish with an orange peel, or a small strip of crispy bacon if you’re feeling bold.
