Ingredients:
1 oz Bonded Roots mezcal
1.5 oz Campari
3 oz fresh blood orange juice (or other citrus)
0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
Ice
Rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Instructions:
Add mezcal, Campari, citrus juice, and rosemary syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
